Týniště nad Orlicí

The approximately 13,650 sqm manufacturing facility was designed and built for the Japanese company Cataler, a manufacturer of catalytic converter components, in cooperation with the investor DRFG Real Estate.

The project was one of the first major developments delivered by the Demaco group and laid the foundations for the integrated approach to building design, technical coordination and construction that we follow today.

One of the most technically demanding aspects of the project was the design of the HVAC system, which had to accommodate the specific requirements of the installed production technology and ensure the required conditions within the manufacturing environment.

The quality of the completed solution was recognised with 1st place in the Innovation of the Year category at the LOG-IN 2020 awards and a nomination in the Industrial Real Estate category at the Best of Realty 2020 awards.
