DMC Paskov

DMC Paskov is a modern industrial park being developed through the regeneration of the brownfield site of the former Paskov Mine. We have been involved in its development from the initial site assessment and feasibility study through project preparation to support during construction and final approval.

One of the key technical challenges was designing foundations for buildings on a site affected by historical mining activity. Following a detailed assessment of the geological and geotechnical conditions, an appropriate foundation solution was developed.

Both completed buildings have also been designed to allow for direct connection to the railway siding.

To date, two buildings have been completed: DMC 1 for Škoda Auto, with an area of over 9,000 sqm, and DMC 2, with an area of over 19,000 sqm.

Project preparation is continuing with a further expansion of the site and a new building, DMC 3.
