DMC Pardubice

DMC Pardubice is being developed through the gradual transformation of the former TMS industrial site, established in the 1960s. We have been involved in its regeneration over the long term, from surveys and documentation of the existing infrastructure to the design preparation of new buildings and the modernisation of the entire site.

One of the initial challenges was the lack of reliable documentation of the existing technical infrastructure. Our work therefore included documenting the existing infrastructure, carrying out the necessary surveys, conducting geological and hydrogeological assessments, and preparing the groundwork for the future development of the site.

A major part of the regeneration involves the comprehensive modernisation of the energy infrastructure. We have prepared the regeneration of the medium- and low-voltage distribution networks across the entire site, including a new on-site transformer station, and are preparing a local distribution network project.

Our long-standing knowledge of the site, its infrastructure and individual operations enables us to respond quickly and continuously to new requirements from the investor and tenants. We can propose changes with minimal disruption to ongoing operations and without unnecessary additional costs.

The transformation also includes carefully integrating the industrial site into its surrounding environment. Along the boundary with the neighbouring residential area, a landscaped earth berm planted with hundreds of trees has been designed to create a natural visual and spatial buffer.
